Jefferson Clinton Commons

In the summer of 2006, through a competitive bidding process, Washington St. Partners, Inc. was awarded a project in downtown Syracuse. The Jefferson Clinton Commons project is an exciting mixed-use development incorporating retail, office and residential uses. The project is being developed as a “Green” project, using sustainable energy technologies.

The Town of Rhinebeck is situated in New York’s historic Hudson Valley. The location is a short drive north of New York City; the train station is also within a few miles.
