Project History:
Five Mile Point in Skaneateles, NY is rich with historic charm and incredible views, plus, it is an ideal waterfront location. It is even featured on the Skaneateles Mail Boat Tour.

Challenge:
The existing cottages were in need of renovations and the development was not unified. WSP determined that the property could be utilized more appropriately to better preserve and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Solution:
WSP unified the area with infrastructure and docking facilities. Considerable modifications were made to create a residential community in which all neighbors will benefit from the waterfront location as well as the grounds themselves. In addition to relocating and fully renovating the cottages, substantial improvements were completed to offer the following amenities:
